Product Description:
This product is a new generation of crystallized car paint sealing film, which is developed through the latest polymeric ionology process using metal titanium crystal polymer and inorganic silicon. lt is non-sticky, highly glossy, transparent, and hard. By fully utilizing the unique crystalline structure of inorganic silicon, it forms a polymeric protective film that can strengthen the hardness of car paint, effectively protecting it from damage caused by acid rain, ultraviolet light, deep oxidation, scratches, and other hazards, lt maintains a lasting, bright, and dazzling appearance! Applicable scope: cars, planes, ships, motorcycles, fiberglass, plastics, stainless steel,electroplated layers, polished aluminum products, furniture, and any painted surfaces.
How to Use:
1. Application - Squeeze an appropriate amount of solution onto a sponge, gently press the sponge to evenly distribute the solution, and then apply it to the vehicle body, Apply horizontally first, then vertically,ensuring that each area is thoroughly coated.
2.Wiping - Use a clean towel to wipe the applied areas clean within 5 minutes.
3.Drying - Finally, use a prepared, dry, and dedicated towel to inspect and wipe the vehicle body.
Suggestion:
During the application process, it is recommended to work in sections (divide the car into three parts: the front, the middle, and the rear). For example, start with the front section first, Once the front section is coated, it can be wiped clean immediately. Then proceed to the middle and rear sections.
Note:
1.Before painting an old car, it is necessary to grind the body to remove grease, water stains, etc. New cars do not require grinding, but it is necessary to thoroughly remove any stains on the body.
2.It is recommended to complete the painting process in one continuous session without interruption. it is best to work in sections, such as the front of the car as one section, the roof as another, each door as a separate section, and the rear of the car as a final section.
3.The wiping process must be completed within 5 minutes after painting the car body, and should not exceed 10 minutes at most, Otherwise, the paint will naturally harden and form patches, which will require grinding to remove.
4.It takes 1 to 2 hours for the paint to dry. During this time, the car should not be exposed to water, and it is best not to drive the car, For the first week after painting, it is not recommended to wash the car with a towel (as the paint needs a full week to completely solidify), but it can be exposed to water.
5.The paint can naturally harden through exposure to moisture in the air, After opening the container, make sure to tightly close the lid to prevent air from entering and causing the paint to harden naturally. Any paint poured out from the bottle should be used in one go, and any remaining paint should not be poured back into the bottle.
